Dynamic group interactions foster team spirit and social confidence. The program alternates between playful activity and moments of rest and stillness – encouraging children to feel both energized and grounded.

Supporting Active Children – with Body-Mind Awareness

The Body-Mind Awareness program has a proven positive impact on children with increased physical activity needs – children who are often stigmatized in schools with labels such as ADHD or hyperactivity.

The program helps these children extend their inner and outer balance, as well as their attention span.

They learn to focus for longer periods – both on self-directed and guided learning activities.

Music, rhythm, simple materials, and minimal instructions create a gentle external structure that supports rather than overwhelms.

The games build progressively – offering developmentally appropriate and increasingly complex challenges, from kindergarten through to high school.

Uncovering Potential – with Body-Mind Awareness

The Body-Mind Awareness program also creates spaces where children can explore their innate gifts, talents, and uniqueness – and begin to sense their deeper life theme.

It allows them to experience their own vulnerabilities, as well as the areas where they feel stronger and more stable.

Often, just beneath a child’s weaknesses lie their greatest strengths – hidden like treasures waiting to be discovered.

The earlier these strengths are nurtured, the more a young person can grow into a life of inner alignment, feeling at home in themselves and connected to the world.
